Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love our Everleigh Rivera products and be 100% satisfied. However, we understand that finding the perfect size for your dog online can sometimes be difficult. We do our best to provide Everleigh Rivera customers with detailed measurements, videos, and sizing charts, which are included in the description of the dog products. If you follow these instructions and are still not completely satisfied, please let us know and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please note: Because our products are handmade, some items may have minor differences and imperfections.
Items must be returned within 10 days of the delivery date to receive a store credit or exchange. However, because our products are handmade and often produced in limited quantities, sometimes an exchange may be required if the item you are returning is out of stock. We do not currently offer refunds.
Items should be returned clean, completely hair-free, and in their original packaging.
If the return or exchange is not due to an incorrect or damaged item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If you use PayPal to complete your purchase, you can enjoy free return shipping through PayPal's "We Pay for Return Shipping" program ( https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/article/what-is-return-shipping-on-us-and-how-do-i-activate-it-faq3544 )
Please note that any items returned to us due to shipping issues (including incorrect shipping address or failure to collect from the delivery/postal station) are non-refundable.
Completing a Return or Exchange
1. Please email Support@EverleighRivera.shop with your order number, the item you are requesting to return/exchange, and a brief description of the issue.
2. We will respond to your email request for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 48 hours of receiving it.
3. Once we have received your RMA, please ship your item back to:

Once we have received your return, please allow 7-10 business days for our returns department (Everleigh Rivera) to verify and process the merchandise. We will issue you a store credit. We will not refund or credit your original shipping costs, only the cost of the merchandise itself. We will email you a confirmation of the store credit once the refund is complete. Store credit has no expiration date and is valid as long as you have an account on our website.
Exchange Requests:
Once we have received your returned merchandise, we will process a new exchange order for you and ship it to you free of charge. If the new item is more expensive, we will contact you and request the additional fee; if the new item is less expensive, we will refund the difference to your original form of payment. If you are requesting an exchange for an out-of-stock item, we will provide a store credit.
