How long does shipping take?

Delivery within the United States takes 3-7 business days. Some of the items you ordered are still in production, so shipping may take longer. However, we will clearly indicate this in the item description so you are aware of the situation before purchasing. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

I think my package is lost. What should I do?

First double-check the tracking number we assigned to your package. If the tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, please contact your local post office or mail carrier. If your tracking information has not been updated, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help you find your package.

Everleigh Rivera How do you ship orders?

We ship all packages using the United States Postal Service. All packages come with a tracking number.

My package was returned to Everleigh Rivera. What now?

If the shipping information you provided was incorrect and your package was returned, we will be happy to resend your package to the correct or alternate address. Please note that customers must pay for their own shipping to resend their order.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to change the address of an order that has already been placed and/or shipped. Everleigh Rivera is not responsible for orders that are not delivered due to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
